While the workload is challenging, you are given the independence and autonomy to perform at your peak. This work requires thinking “outside of the box” in an innovative manner, so you must have the ability to collaborate with others to deliver creative solutions, work well under pressure and pay great attention to small details.Responsibilities:• Maintain tool uptime and ensure excellent execution of installation and support of hardware issues.• Develop, maintain, and ensure the relevance of technical information used by internal and external stakeholders.• Understand and build long-term innovative global technology systems that enable enhanced customer relationships.• Ensure communication vehicles, e.g. telephone, email, and presentation, etc. are able to facilitate efficient and consistent customer follow-up.• Drive continuous improvement of the customer experience through team, hardware, software, and support tool development.• Drive and manage new product installs and subsequent hardware development.• Projects manage new evaluations and ensure the success of the project.• Additional assigned tasks when necessary.• Business travel when necessary.• Provide end-users with training on equipment operation, best practices, and preventive maintenance to ensure proper and efficient use.• Adhere to safety guidelines and industry standards while working on-site, ensuring all activities are compliant with company and regulatory requirements.• Collect and communicate field data, customer feedback, and equipment performance insights to internal teams for continuous product and service improvement.ASM is a leading, global supplier of semiconductor wafer processing equipment. 加入我們，你將與頂尖前後端工程師並肩作戰，負責高併發與巨量資料系統的穩定運行。在這裡，你將深入 MySQL 核心原理，主導從系統層級到引擎底層的效能調校，在 24/7 的生產環境中，挑戰技術極限並守護系統穩定。【你要做什麼｜What You’ll Do】- 管理與維運雲端 Linux 作業系統。- 主導資料庫效能監控與優化，執行 SQL 語句調教（SQL Tuning）與執行計畫分析。- 深入 InnoDB 核心機制（如 Buffer Pool , Redo/Undo Logs , MVCC , Lock 爭用）進行參數級優化，確保高併發下的系統響應。- 負責高可用性（HA）架構的規劃與維護（包括 Cluster 叢集、Master-Slave Replication 複製、Failover 機制）。- 依照時程與規範執行資料庫變更（Schema Change）與版本發佈，落實 Rollback 策略。- 規劃資料庫建置、還原、升級及備份策略管理，並定期執行災難復原演練。- 監控工具分析網路連線、系統資源負載（CPU/IO/Mem）及資料庫指標，及時定位瓶頸。- 處理複雜生產事故，進行根因分析並提出預防再發方案。- 善用運維工具或編寫 Shell Script 腳本，解決日常維運任務並提升效率。- 軟性特質：具備團隊合作精神，守護生產環境穩定。【我們希望你具備｜What We’re Looking For】- 核心技術：3 年以上 MySQL（雲端/地端）實務經驗，熟悉雲端資料庫的特性優化與成本控管。- 維運能力：具備高流量 Production 系統維運經驗，能冷靜處理高壓事故。- 架構實力：熟悉 HA / Replication / Failover 實務，具備容量規劃與備援設計能力。- 系統基礎：精通 Linux 系統管理，能熟練進行資源分析與自動化腳本編寫。- 軟性特質：具備團隊合作精神，願意參與 On-call 輪班，守護生產環境穩定。【Nice-to-have】- 數據生態系：具備 BigQuery 等雲端資料倉儲管理經驗，了解冷熱數據分離架構。- 數據流技術：熟悉 MySQL Binlog 機制 或 CDC（Change Data Capture）工具實作。- 商業智慧：熟悉 Looker Studio、Power BI 等 BI 工具與資料庫間的串接優化。- 專業熱忱：具備優異的問題排除邏輯，熱衷於自動化解決重複性運維問題。
